It looks ok other than the fact that isn't an original sony grip but i assume you knew that already. It'll probably be made in China and not feature all the functions of the real deal. Lots of members on here have bought this sort of grip and are pleased with it.

I have been looking at these as well recently.

The one on the link you had does not have the dial in front of the shutter button.

This one does and has similar buttons round the back as the Sony one.
