After many attempts (and a few searches on here) I have been able to add my logo as a watermark in CS4.

I only have one problem I can't seem to solve :help:. When the photograph has been cropped a lot the logo is a lot bigger on the page. Now I can figure out why this is (less pixels on main image) but how can I make the watermarks identical sizes however much cropping I have done?

I really hope this makes sense! Thanks in advance

I add watermarks at the output stage, that way all the images in the batch are going to have been sized the same, so the watermark can be the same size.

To get the watermark a standard size you need to resize to a set "standard" size before watermarking. I'd suggest a step in your action to resize to say 1000 pixles on the longest size, then add the watermark, then resize for web to 600 pix or whatever size you use for your gallery.
If you check out Russel Browns site about 3/4 of the way down there a tutorial called digital branding, well worth a watch.

Thank you both, I guessed there was a simple solution I just couldn't get my head round it.

swanseamale - will take a look at the tutorial, thanks!
