batch resizing

following on from my last post.
I normally work on 10 pics before saving is it possible to re size all the pics in one go? I also want to add a border to each one can this be done to them all at the same time?

Download irfanview,it does everything you need.


I use it for my website stuff, batch resize into one folder for web images,then batch resize to 200 pixels for the thumbnails.
