batch resize

Hi all im using cs4 and have seen a few videos on how to perform this function. none seem to work and was wondering if anyone had any more ideas how to do it

In CS4 got to File > Scripts > Image processor and then input the right information.

Or download the free "eazy thumbnails" it'll batch resize your pics while bridge is opening and loading! (and it doesn't only do thumbnails)
