Has become my 'local' shop since Dale Photographic closed. Have bought a couple of lens in person always been very helpful and have a huge range of stock, especially considering the shop is tiny.
B&B are my local camera shop, and honestly they're my first choice every time. They've been there for years and are really helpful, straightforward guys. Plenty of stock (as previously mentioned), and lots of secondhand stuff too.
Been in to have a look.. It's like Cambrian and SRS, small but pretty decent. Was a Leica 'specialist' when I lived in North Yorkshire (97-2003) but I think shops have now dropped their specialisms and Harrogate had 3 camera shops all within a short distance... Glad B&B are still around. Plenty of film in stock last time I looked.
Still going strong. Went in there to buy some film last weekend. Kodak E100 and Fuji Velvia 50/100 and Provia 100F in stock - but not cheap - £30 for the Kodak and £28 for the Fuji; at least they have some and admitted it is difficult to get hold of.
Plenty of S/H kit - tempted by a lot - but given some of my primes get little use I just limited myself to films.
Good to know that they're still around in Harrogate. I bought something from there possibly around 5 years ago in person. They used to have a branch in Leeds; I bought my Lunasix (still going strong) there in 1965.
