would be frowned upon in the business section....


however, for a family in the village today, having been put off by ventures pricing and sales strategy, did a fun shoot in the park, swings, slides, etc and some family poses... didn't charge them a penny! ...

They just happen to have a farm and rear and slaughter their own meat, so a few nice steaks and some dry cure bacon coming my way soon!

Mrs S will be nowhere near them... Hmm do I want it hung for 21 or 35 days... The latter pur-lease!!!
 
Nothing at all wrong with bartering, some of our best decorating jobs in the house have been done by a builder mate who has let me service his van for him/do the brakes etc.
 
In my past life I've worked for Venison quite often from a guy who loved to hunt, and even paintings from an Artist. They got what they wanted and so did I :)

Yeah I tried that, I offered the bloke 8 legs of venison but he said "Nah mate thats too dear"...
