Barn Owl Centre

Hello everyone! I'm brand new here and found this forum by searching for the Barn Owl Centre near Gloucester. I'm going there tomorrow for a photography day (lovely birthday present!) and I was wondering if any of you who went last week (gorgeous photos by the way) have any advice to a beginner photographer to get the most out of the day.

I have a Canon 550D, the tamron 70-300 and the canon 28-50mm and 100mm prime macro lens.

Any advice or suggestions will be welcomed.

hi spider, welcome to the forum, the barn owl centre was a great day out, you will enjoy it. vince who runs it will look after you and help you get some good photo's. i'm a beginner myself so all i will say is enjoy the day i'm sure you will get some photo's your happy with. take plenty of memory i took around 500 photo's. brian
