According to the weather forecast it has to be fine for Saturday but rain Sunday and Monday..:thumbsdown:

If... And its only if the weather holds out there is a small air-show being held at Sherburn aero club near Selby, I shall be going there...:)

A little info here if anyone is interested..;)
 
Heading to Lister Park tomorrow as my son really wants to ride his bike.

I'm also planning on hiking up to the rock formation in Huby for the sunrise tomorrow morning!

Other than that I plan to come to grips with my lighting kit and all around have a nice relaxing stress free weekend.....
 
Well I am on nights until sunday morning, but we are doing an asian wedding party tomorrow afternoon and sunday afternoon, so probably be sleeping in monday morning, but after that arent sure.

My dad will want to go to the East Lancs Railway 40s weekend at some point in the holidays.
If the weather is nice I better get out and take some photos.

Apart from that I'll still be thinking what lens to get :thinking:
Decided on a 70-200 f4 L IS from Kerso, just what else now
17-55 or 24-105 , if only canon did a 17-70 2.8 :lol: :lol:
 
Well I have friends [and their D50] staying so tomorrow I am taking them down into London for some evening and night time stuff, and of course will be giving the D200 its first proper run out in some familiar territory.

Sunday - well, a few bottles of jolly juice and the monaco GP of course - though sadly from the sofa, not the Casino.

Monday - not decided yet. :shrug:

My husband just put his back out, so now I'll be taking care of him and hopefully some F1 in there. I just put my first ever bet on a sporting event, Hamilton to win but Massa to get fastest qualifying time.
 
Priority No1 - Take a photo for this month's competition! Trouble is I've still not had an idea "spring" to mind :shake:
 
Going to take some photos of the Plymouth half marathon tomorrow then see what all this falore is about the Gypsy Moth 4 on monday.
 
Staying local - keeping out of the way of all those people who come over to North Wales & clog up the roads :nono:

Well its WSB from Silverstone tommorow... should be good!

Two reasons to stay at home and watch it on TV though rather than try and photograph it:

1) Its going to tip down

2) Its Silverstone :D

Wet bike races are always "interesting"
 
Tidying up all the mess I've made this past week (working frantically on pretty big project, which is now done :) ).... And some real lazy & relaxed shooting with a little old camera I picked up cheap cheap :thumbs:

Feeling kinda ill, so not really up to starting on the piles of paperwork I have to sift through this week for various stuff :/
Maybe I'll badger Neil & see what he's up to. Hey Neil, whatcha up to?
 
I went mountain biking today... didn't last long though. I think i'm a little bit unfit! I need to do a few more miles until this gets easier i think! :D

I did come up with a plan to get out and try some other shots this morning, thinking maybe it won't rain till late morning... but oh no!

Oh well, long breakfast and watch the superstock before the WSB :D
 
As it's the Run to the Sun weekend here in Newquay I have been out and about, last night on the town and earlier this morning out to look at the VW's parked just up the road :)
There was a band on in the Vic Bars and it made me realise I need something better than the kit lens. Rather dissapointed at the sharpness of most of the pics I took of the band.
This morning I used the kit lens again and the nifty, so hopefully will have something worth sharing.
It's just started to rain, so brother is cooking brekkie and we will go over again later.
Good weekend so far.
