Ballerina Folio Advice

I have recently been asked to do a porfolio shoot for a young Ballerina...Although I'm capable in the studio, the actual poses are something I'd need help with...Any advice would be really appreciated.

Is it for auditions? If so, the best person to help you is their dance teacher. Lighting needs to be simple and the most important thing is that the poses are technically correct.

The teachers tend to be very happy to help out with this as they want their students to succeed in getting the auditions (of which the first hurdle is the photo application).
