I'm looking for a bag to use when I'm mountain biking. I'm often in some beautiful spots but never have the camera with me.

I've been looking at the Lowepro Sport 200 as it can replace my camelback as it can take a bladder. Will also take my 7D and 15/85 zoom attached plus a few other bits (tubes/flash) without it all getting too heavy. Has anyone got one/used one? Are there any other alternative?

Wrap it all in summat and stick it in your usual bag.

Imo camera bags are good if you're only walking somewhere to get your pics but beyond useless if your primarily hiking/biking/climbing but taking your camera.

F Stop Loka is what you need. Fantastic bit of kit.

As above, check out the FStop range of bags, they aren't typical camera bags like Ivandobski is referring too, they are good outdoor bags with a padded bit for cameras.

I have the Guru, but think the Loka would probably be a better bet due to the slimmer profile.

Thanks - I've looked at the f-stop site and at various reviews of both the Guru and Loka. They're both bigger than the Lowepro, but I do like the ICU feature. At 28 litres the Guru looks a big bag though. It's bigger in all directions than the lowpro. I actually don't carry much other stuff in my current camelbak - I only have a 3 litre model - enough for a jacket, inner tube, tyre levers, pump, multi tool, first aid kit and a couple of energy bars so don't need much more space other than for the camera.

Are there any UK dealers for the F-Stop - I did google but couldn't find any.

One of their guys is based in the UK, I'll PM you his email address, I believe the Paramo store in Covent Garden stocks them.

I keep meaning to post my Guru review, which has pictures of the back with ICUs and mid layers etc.

There is also the smaller Kenti, but I've only seen pictures.

I've got a photo sport 200 and carry it on my mountain bike, brilliant bit of kit, can be adjusted, cinched and made to fit perfectly. Easy to carry with A900, lens and flash plus cycling kit, also space for a compact tripod inside down one side of camera compartment...
