Hello, I’ve current got a Lowepro Cirrus 140 which I do like, but its getting a bit full.

I have just put graded my smallest lens to a larger range and I will be getting a flash in the near future.

I know the Cirrus 140 is the largest in that range, what do people recommend I get next? I would prefare the shoulder bag to a backpack.

I carry the following:

• Nikon D60 with 18-105mm Attached
• Nikon 70-300 VR
• Memory card holder
• Filters
• Spare batteries
• And a slim line hard drive

I’m looking at either getting the SB-400 or SB-600 flash soon. Possibly in a few months a lens for purely landscape, but this is in a separate thread.

I haven’t got a tri-pod yet but this car always be carried by its self possibly for when I need it.

Hi Mark and welcome

What budget are you on? A lot of people love the lowepro slingshot aw range - the 300 being popular for having enough room to 'expand' your kit.

The plush luxury shoulder bags (journo style) are Billingham and Domke - either way you are paying premium for the label but the quality is awesome and those who use their togging equipment use them extensively every day without problems.

I managed to grab a Domke F2 mint second hand for about that price on here and it is simply awesome. Its got functionality and looks.
Do you need waterproofing? If so then check out the Lowepro AW range.

Glad your liking that bag. It is pretty cool

Chris :)

I got the lowepro 300 aw mentioned above for about £73 delivered from WHE.
Got a 50d with 17-55 lens attached, 100mm macro, nifty fifty, speedlite and still plenty of space for more when the lens prices come back to reality.

sounds about right for you ;)
