Background support and multi-roll holders

I need to replace my relatively lightweight background support which consists of two stands and a two-section telescopic cross bar. I'd like to ideally get something which is sturdier that I can use for cloth (clamped) or paper rolls and the icing on the cake would be the ability to support two or more rolls on the stand in some way. I was looking at a Calumet one for around £100 but that didn't have the multi-roll capability - not even sure if such a thing exists from a UK supplier!
Any recommendations...?

Colourama sell ceiling mounted and wall mounted multiple units.
I have never used rolls on stands, as it is dangerous enough with a single small roll.
I am not sure any of them would safely support a 25 or 50meter 9ft roll,

White background paper is simply unconverted (sheeted) heavy cartridge paper.
If you have a friendly paper converter near you it is possible to buy roll ends direct.
They would normally only be sent back as white waste.
