background help

as above im looking to get a portable back drop. im looking for a starter one just now to see if i can push my skills to try and do portraits i have seen a few on ebay and ive done a search on here but cant find what im looking for. would the likes of this be any good

im sure it will be ok but it just depends how much money you wanna spend.
has it gotta be put up and down all the time.
