Hi all,

Have to say, I’m looking forward to shooting again. Been out of the photography hobby for many, many years now and oh how I have missed it. I’ve always been a very amateur hobbyist, but there is something about photography that draws you in!

Any how, today I purchased a Sony Alpha 6700 (with a kit lens) but also got the Tamron 17-70 f2.8 and a V90 card. All arrives tomorrow. Can’t wait!

If anyone want to throw me a few tips and tricks for the 6700 then please do. I am now going to watch videos as I have now forgotten everything (not a great deal) I learned when I used to dabble.

Welcome back to the fold. Be sure to share your experiences here.
 
Welcome back, best tip i can give is not to use phrases like "uber" etc, its a slippery slope and you will be calling things "sick" and wearing a baseball cap back to front before you know it...stop it now, nip it in the bud before you look like a tit :LOL:

I hope you enjoy your new kit :D You could always post in the Sony thread, we're a friendly crowd. Honest :D
