Hello again all
Used to be active on here, but life sort of got in the way and my interest in photography waned somewhat.
Recently dug out the bag and had a ferret about to remind myself what kit I had. Immediately found the 100mm macro and went hunting into the garden. Rattled off a couple of flash-less shots of a honey bee, made a mess of the settings but immediately remembered why I loved it.
As such I'm back to come snooping about for inspiration and advice once more to rekindle my love of photography. With a lean towards improving my macro work, in particular insects, preferably live and wild! However also looking to get back into the landscapes and ND waterfall work once more.
first on the list is to replace my ageing and cheap Jessops flash for a decent canon unit and then head out into the wilds of.....my garden. start small!
