Baby Max - vintage camera??

Hi can anyone give me any info on one of these- found when moving my my elderly uncle into rest home
It's pretty cute and looks in good condition

It looks very similar to this 35-50 by Nick Watson, on Flickr

Similar to the Mycro but not the same - Max has two knobs and Mycro only one - I just popped down to check mine.
