b&W me using silver effex please

Hey, so I have SIlver efex pro, but really don't know how to get the best out of it. I've got this pic but because my daughter was moving so quick the focus isn't spot on, I'd like to convert it but not sure the best settings

if you have silver fx, i'd love you to do a conversion your way and tell me your settings so i can learn more about it.

Here is a quick version,

I performed a crop to remove most of the background and a little cloning to fill in where the back cushion of the sofa finished.

Then ran SEP,

I used the normal setting of SEP and added a little more contrast and a tad of structure into the shot.

The I added a little vignette in SEP.

Bought image back into PS and ran a little bit of noise reduction on the shot and reduced the opacity of the NR layer.
