B grip or alike?

Keen to know what people use and their suggestions? I did a lifestyle shoot with a family on Saturday and by the end of it my neck and shoulders were ruined! Carrying my bag with two bodies, one with a 120-400 attached, the other had either a 50mm or 35mm attached and it just wasn't comfortable.

I've started to use the spider pro holster- swings a bit on the hip, but takes all the weight off the shoulders... with a medium sized messenger bag for lens and accessories it makes for a good combo- shot like this for an event for 5 hours without coming out looking like the hunch back from notre dame..

When shooting, with two bodies, and when I need to be mobile I use a Think Tank harness system, with at least one holster, one at least large enough to hold a body with a Canon 100-400 lens.
