Could anyone recommend a good B&B in the Bambourgh area please.
Looking for 4 nights in September to shoot some seascapes and landscapes.
Thanks

I am going to the Farnes islands in June, I have had the Ship inn (Seahouses) recommended to me by someone that goes up there on a regular basis.

Thanks, Steve, I'll take a look at that

Thanks, Rich for the added info.

I'm also off to the Farnes Islands mid May with the RSPB Oxford local group and we've been booked into this place. I've never been before but the group reckon its an ideal place location wise along with good food.

There is a hotel called Purdys just on the A1 at the end of the road that leads to Bambrough castle. The price is reasonable. Last time we went there they only had a room for one night and we wanted two, so they upgraded us to the on site cottage at no extra cost. They made it sound as though we would be doing them a favour.

the Bamburgh Castle Inn sea houses right on the coast there is loads of place up north but some very expensive
A great 3 day DB&B break was only £ 147.00.
Good food also!
