AZERTY key board and Amazon CS

Was after a new chromebook with a decent screen and Toshiba chromebook 2 with HD screen seemed to be the one to get. £240 ish on Toshiba site but they can`t tell me where to get one, tried a couple of Tosh dealers but no stock. Amazon UK sellers want near £500, looked at EU sites, well we are still in, and Amazon France sell them for about £280. Looked at pics, QWERTY keyboard result. Amazon sites are pretty standard so easy to navigate despite my French. Delivered in 2 days. Charged up, nice screen, set to English UK and things went wrong soon after that. I now know the French and Belgians have an AZERTY keyboard.
Went on French site to arrange a return and looks like they only refund about 7 euros for return postage, cheapest insured return I found was £27. Sent an email to Amazon UK pleading for help, got a reply in an hour saying they had passed onto France and then got an email from France, in excellent English, telling me to stick the receipt for postage in box and they would refund. Excellent CS from Amazon and a lesson learnt.

That's good service. I'll be replacing my MacBook this year and will want a Spanish keyboard. Thankfully it's an available option on the Apple web site.

I'm getting a new MacBook too - but I've specified the US keyboard - I find the return button easier to use

I wanted the Toshiba chromebook 2 but it's impossible to get in the UK it seems, I don't know why good Chromebooks are such a limited in choice in the UK.

I opted for a Dell in the end, brought off their website but I have to wait 2 weeks for delivery.
