Awkward print size needed

I purchased a really nice picture frame whilst on holiday, the thing is it takes a 21x16cm print, and i can't find anywhere to get the photo i want printed to this size, i'm sure their must be a way of printing it a bit bigger then just cutting it to size, but i'm having a mental block right now lol, any help much appreciated

get picture printed at 10x8 then guillotine it down to size

or

open photoshop and create a 10x8 picture

then create a photo thats 21x16 cm in the inside of the pic

get it printed

cut the white bits off

Am sure dscl or loxley would print bespoke sizes?.

This seems like the easiest method , I had to do it recently as the stated frame size was actually larger than the true size . Just made a custom size in PhotoShop .

Image....Canvas size....uncheck relative and enter next print size up.

It's worth NT leaving the extra bit white. Just occasionally over zealous print labs will spot the white and zoom in. I usually drop a gradient onto it to fool any auto software.
