Hi guys,

I see a lot of people putting up photos of woodland at either sunrise or sunset with light beams breaking through the tree line.

How do you suggest is best to get photos like this us I seem to struggle to capture the beams...

Thanks

Ben

You need some atmosheric pollution to to show the beams of light, fog mist, even smoke. Bit like in the bad old days at the cinema where you could see the projection beams in the smoke of the patrons

Shooting it is the easy bit, finding it is the difficult bit. Particularly at this time of the year when the sky is so full of low cloud.
