Automotive/car photographers

Been here a while, on and off.... off right now, but considering picking up a camera again. Whats happened to all the really good car photographers? There used to be quite a few, with static car photos, rig photos, etc.

The rig photographers are normally in The Ultimate Car Rig Photography Thread (here) in the Talk section. There are some fantastic shots and loads of advice in there.
