I think you'd be best asking this on a CAD/Design forum rather than a photography one

Sounds like a corrupt ACAD file. Time to use your backup?
If you can open it then I suggest you copy and paste all contents to a new file and save again.

You let it shut down then when you run it again, it will (hopefully) let you recover the drawing. A box will open up automatically with that option.

You could try using the backup file?

Copy and rename the .bak to .dwg and open that instead. Hope it works!

Or install Autocad on a smartphone and try that. Or import the file into another program that can import Autocad files.
