Auto watch-folder for itunes

I've often wondered if there was a way to automatically watch a folder with itunes so it imports any tunes you put in a certain folder on your pc without you having to do it yourself at intervals.

nope!

What itunes does automatically is as you drag songs onto your music library window in itunes, it automatically copies the songs into a folder in my documents called itunes music.

Not the same thing.

This automatically notices any new tunes you put into you particular folder "New Music" or wherever ... and puts it into itunes.

The only thing itunes manages to do with any level of automatic success is cause annoyance.
