Audio problem with Kodak SV811 digital frame

I took a video on my camera sd card and inserted into what is a brand new device to playback. While picture is fine the sound plays back jittery with seemingly random flat spots. Any ideas please? Sounds OK on my camera. Paul.

One review I saw mentions a firmware update for that model, maybe if you apply that it will fix the problem.
