Got an engraved hip flask for my mate for his 18th, ordered on Monday evening.

Here are their terms of delivery:

Orders placed before noon, on a working day, are usually despatched within 48 hours but during busy periods
please allow 3-6 business days for delivery. For items that are having personalisation,
please allow an additional 3-5 days.

In 'additional notes' I wrote "If it could be delivered ready for thursday 20th august it would be fantastic, but if not, not to worry."

Arrived this morning (wednesday 19th) via DHL.

If that isn't fantastic service, I don't know what is.

Close but no cigar

I'd never heard of them before. While their products are expensive, it seems they're good quality, the service is absolutely spot on and I'm overall very impressed. Will definitely keep them in the bookmarks.
