I have been using Asda of all places for printing as they got a really good write up in one the many photo mags (read 'I have forgot which one!')
They only do upto 10x8 and after that its done via website like Photobox (but a fair bit cheaper).
I sent off a couple of prints to be done for a client. Waited two days and checked the account - said it was dispatched. Waited 4 more days - nothing. Rang the number only to be told software glitch, but don't worry its on its way.
3 days later one print instead of two arrives and also at the wrong size. The invoice quotes for two prints and they are even the wrong size.
Emails Asda customer care twice in as many days - no reply......
Rings customer care and they tell me the prints are being redone. Ask to speak to a manager to get a refund and additional credit - still waiting.
Asda=shocking customer care (but good prints when they arrive). Be warned if you decide to use them. I have gone back to photobox for internet orders.
Oh yes and the client got full refund and prints from photobox!
