Yes
Hello there,

I have my screen calibrated correctly using ColorMunki so when I exported the jpeg image from lightroom I expected it to look identical to the resulting image in the keyring I ordered. I was horrified when I discovered it looked washed out and had a purple tinge. Before ordering the print I checked the image on a number of different devices to check that the image looked similar on all and it did.

I had exported using the sRGB profile so I don't know what went wrong, can anyone tell me please?

What did Asda say?

What were you expecting from an ASDA keyring?

Depends with what colour profile you exported, what colour profile ASDA use (sRGB I guess) and the quality of their printer.

Screen calibration doesn't guarantee perfect prints. Printers profiles need calibration too.
