You need at least 100 posts and be a member for at least 30 days :) But you can't just spam threads to get 100 posts as the moderators still have the power to take it away :p
 
Ooh so the For Sale (which i know i don't have enough posts to start a thread in) Forum is now also the wanted... my bad
 
p.s. try MPB Photographic. They advertise on here (although must admit haven't seen one of their adverts at the top in a while). They're excellent, and all the equipment is second hand, but comes with an accurate grading (Mint, Exc++ etc).

I got my Tokina 50-135 there and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again
