Yes I had to sign and return a (model) release form to allow them to use them ,possibly because of copyright notices on the photos .. but I also asked about scheduling and they told me the program slot . They have used some of ours previously and they were a surprise though

Had more than a few over the years mike and the son and the wife,but none for a while so a pleasant surprise

That's awesome. How does it work then, can you just randomly email bird photos to the BBC for winter watch at any time of year and you might or might not hear from them?

nope mine are added into the official groups on flickr .then I presume they look for specific ones to illustrate there threads .but take into account they also have Facebook/twitter/instagram accounts running to so your pics have got to be well processed to stand out
