Around Accrington?

Don't know the area but will have 24 hours in the Accrington/Clitheroe area this weekend - any suggestions?

There's an interesting structure in the Singing Ringing Tree, or there's the derelict Bolton Abbey, or if you can make it up to the Dales, there's Cliff Malham Cove plus numerous other spots.

Clitheroe is in the Ribble Valley some nice villages, Pendle Hill Spring is sprung ...
