I had a very interesting chat with someone who used to work at the Picture desk of a big UK daily paper.. made me question even more whether I bother to go 'on the spec' to games ;-)
And like yourself Rob - been at games sometimes and been the only one to get a pic that you 'think' will be THE one from the game.. only to see something totally different published from the big boys.
But - money is often an issue here.....
