Are preset layers available

Hi,

Probably not the best title but what i was wondering if there was anyway to get ready created layers for applying to photos.


Still not very clear, so i have a photo that i would like to add a falling snow effect to and wondered if i could get a layer with snow on that i could just lay on top of my original photo.

any ideas?

You can get actions that can create the effect using layers.

You can create a layer with a effect on it in PS and save just the layer so you can just drag it onto any image you wish.

But you cannot as far as I know get a ready created layer as you wish to do.

many of the adjustment layers in CS4 have sets of Presets if this is what you are looking

Sounds like you're looking for textures, there's plenty of those freely available.
