Applying the same adjusments to a batch of photos

Hi all.

I'm sure there's a name for what I'm talking about but I just dont know what it is.

Is there any way I can 'save' the processing i do to one image and apply the exact same processing to a batch of images?

I use CS5 and in particular Camera Raw...

Batch processing is what you're looking for.

I use Lightroom, but I'm sure Bridge can do it for you - a programme which should be included in your CS5.
