Apple Music problems

Hello,

I started a 3 month Apple music family sharing account.
The others in the family can all use it without problem on their iPhones.
One iPhone 6 Plus, iphone 6 and iPhone 5.
Mine is iPhone 6 as well.
But when I try to run the program things seems to be working until I try to listen to a song.
It shows as if the music is playing but there is no sound.
I exit the program and run it again only to see the sign up to the service screen.
After that nothing happens.
The only way to get it running the program properly is the switch off and on process.
Then it works for a while until I exit the program. When I try to start again we go back to the beginning.
Tried few things and tried to search online with no success.

Sorry for a long explanation of the problem but can anyone help?
Anybody else out there having similar problems?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
I would get on to Apple support. They may know the answer straight away
 
That is the one thing I didn't have time to do.
But it seems like not many people having this issue.

Perhaps it is just your internet connection. That is where I've had similar and I just needed to be patience. It does seem to vary greatly before tracks are available offline and in my experience not all tracks are always available offline. I can only guess but I think they are ironing out some licensing issues.
 
I think I solved it by signing out and signing back in.
Seems to be working without any issues for now.
