Does anyone know if there is an App available to give you an exposure guide when using Stoppers and ND filters together? For example a Lee 10 stop and a Lee .9 ND soft grad together in the holder

I have the Lee Filters App on my phone but that only gives you an exposure guide when you use one or other of the Lee Stoppers. As far as I can see not when stacking filters together.

Hi, I don't use an exposure guide when using grads along with a stopper. I expose for the ground, then expose for the sky and then add the necessary grad filters. I then used to Lee filter app on my iPhone to work out the correct exposure time for the stopper I'm using.

Cheers.

It's 13 stops, but why would you want to increase exposure with a soft grad filter?

The whole point of a soft grad is to darken part of the image (usually the sky). Expose for the foreground, work out exposure with 10 stop filter. Add your grad and click.

^^^ This. Or put your grad on and expose correctly. Then dial in the exposure value into your app and add the 10 stop filter.

Elliott, I was trying to smooth the water of a choppy reservoir with the 10 stop and darken the sky that would have been overexposed.
