Yes
My R3000 has stopped working. I get an almost immediate "turn it on and turn it off again" error as soon as I turn it on, and it won't go away. If I look inside, there is a piece of plastic that appears to have unclipped. The printer has been moved around a bit recently. Open the main cover and it is a white piece of plastic directly behind the ink-tanks on the left hand side. It seems to hold the silver metal bar in place that has cogs and, I assume, moves the paper. Right now, mine is just restring on the rods. I cannot seem to clip it back into place thought there are some connections that look like they ought to attach. If anyone could take a picture of theirs so I know what it ought to look like I might have a better idea what to do. I will try to load a picture of mine later.

This is the lose piece of plastic. At the moment, it isn't attached anywhere and is just resting here. I am not sure it is even in the right spot. If it is, the two metal parts the piece would logically clip into are not aligned so the plastic is at a funny angle and doesn't securely clip into place. Any ideas gratefully received.
