Anyone using the lastolite pop up background ?W

i could do with yr advice.
I have the black and white version but I'm having trouble getting consistent grays when using the white side unlit for portraits.
Depending on the key light distance the grey looks blue
What do I do ?

I am no expert but:

What type of lights are you using?

Could it be white balance issues?

White balance. Try one of the different pre-set options, or correct in post processing, or do a custom WB.

Edit: very common with any kind of artificial light
