Anyone used one of these before?

I have a few SD cards lying around and since I bought the 5DII, my 30Gb of CF cards is a little light!! Just wondered if these were of any use as I could as a last resort use a couple of SD cards.

I had a D50 ages ago which took SD cards. When I moved to a camera that took CF cards I bought one so I carry on using my SD cards as they were more expensive back then.

From what I remember - I don't think the speed was affected.
