I've used dscl for a 24x16 poster print. It was o.k...I'll be trying alternatives next time
o.k. to the level of supplying it to a client?
if not I will just use Digitalab for the llarge print, its a 30x20
It was for a client yes, promotional poster for a bodybuilder, and of sufficient quality that he was more than happy.
For one of my portrait clients, I'd be much more comfortable ordering a large print. I've never used peak imaging before, but just looked, and their 24x16" photo prints are cheaper than the 24x16" inkjet poster print I got from DSCL.
I've used digitalab before but nothing that large, I have no doubt that they will do a great job, but would indeed be the more expensive option I think.
Good choice![]()
Peak imaging is the cheapest of all of them and a photo print. I've never used them before, is there a reason why you're not?
Adam_K said:Robbo I use Peak imaging for prints 20x16 and over as DSCL only ever used to offer larger poster prints separate to the reprint area so two delivery charges we applied, just daft. Hence my reason for using Peak.
I have always been impressed with their large prints and they come rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube. Well worth a look I don't think you will be disappointed mate.
Generally speaking professional inkjet/giclee prints are usually of higher quality, hence they are a bit more expensive.
