Anyone use Wire Pilot?

I've seen this mentioned for getting ride of wires and other bits and pieces and was wondering if anyone else has used it and what they thought of it?Was it useful or does a bit of time in photoshop get the same results?

Well if it wasn't free I'd say it was pretty much useless in comparison to a bit of time in PS, but as freeware - what do you have to lose?
