Hello,

Just looking for some advice from those of you that use Loxley for their framed prints.

Do you offer the client, the size of frame or the size of print?

Thanks

I offer print size with a framed option, keeps it nice and simple and stops people thinking they are getting a 12x16 print when it's a 12x16 frame.

The norm is to state the internal frame size - so if the frame is designed to be for a 10"x8" its called a 10x8 frame...... however, Tempest in their schools price list give the outer dimention of the frame - so if its a 1" wide moulding they call a frame for a 10x8 a 12x10!

sorry for sounding stupid, i cant get my head around this, trying to work out what size frames i can offer, now i have been working it out with the print size, so then when i go to the Loxley ROES software i only get the framed size which offers much smaller prints after the depth of frame and mount is taken into consideration.

Bit confused, ig anyone could clear it up for me i would be much appreciative.

thanks
