I was wondering if anyone knew any software that can put images together like below and has maybe different templates that are similar that can be used. Rather than having to make it in photoshop.

Have a look at Photoscape.

I use it for the editing function when I want something fairly simple done to a photo, but two of its other functions are called Page and Combine. They may do what you want.

BTW it is free.

I use photo junction for my album designs, could easily use that to sat up a template to drop the images into and do the same thing.

that's what i was going to say. Some quite nice collage templates in there :thumbs:
 
Hi, Lightroom will do all of this and aready has some templates within. More can be downloaded free from the net, Scott Kelby has some very good ones on his site. it is also very easy and quick to make up some of your own.
 
Photoshop, but it's not the easiest way. Many plugins can do this, but there's also stand-alone apps that can do this. Like this, for example
