Yes
Man thats a long winded agreement but it's pretty self explanatory.

Lat season i just got accredited by Leeds Carnegie for each seperate visit but it's now all cebtralised by the RFU and Aviva, very much like the Rugby League do and looking like it's specifically aimed at the RFU having more control over images like the FA do.

Yes, well its now the Aviva Premiership for the next 4 years.

Ive only had a fleeting glance and now ive lost the bleeding link to the online agreement you need to print and sign :bonk:

Im on my lappy so it might be on my desktop.

Not personally - I ask my agency who are suitably "licensed" to get the accreditation, except for internationals where I apply myself.

link anyone?

and shouldnt this be posted in talk sport?

Yes, an agency can apply for a "blanket" pass for all its togs but named togs must be listed and names pre booked in with club

I had to use the link on the side menu. The large icon on the centre of the page took me to the old form

Has anyone got their cards yet? And/Or submitted the form? I'm going to need mine for the 18th, but I'm assuming the employers will do this for me...however, it'd be nice to have my own card as well! Just in case.

Agency have applied on my behalf, not had a card yet but can use AIPS in the mean time

Have you agency guys sent your photo in, if your agency employer is applying for your accreditation they need to send in a photo of you in a specific format

Simon Lewis at Twickenham says some of the new passes are about 2 weeks behind schedule but just to book in using the online form and the grounds media rep will pick it up and clear you for the day.

Im on the registration system through my agency so can now book in online using their login details.

My agency has a mugshot of me that they use...it's got enough space around the picture that they can crop it to fit!

I've heard they're a few weeks behind too, we've been booking with the forms etc and using UK Press Card or AIPS as Photo ID until we get our cards.

If i dont work for an agency but am a very very keen amateur what are my chances of getting accreditation thru the procedures mentioned previously?

I would say Nil

Its hard enough getting and RFL card when you can prove your working for an agency and have an outlet for your images

EDIT:

That sounds a little blunt :) basically the RFL are making it harder to get accreditation and you need to either show your working for an agency or show you have had work published as an individual.

Focus on working at a lower level for now. You won't be able to get it without some proof of either working for an agency or being regularly published.
