Anyone got experience with an HP Z6100 42" Printer?

So I've been offered a used Z6100, it will primarily be used for printing A1 and A0 graphics and architectural renders.

Does anyone have any experience with one? If so, any thoughts? Pros, cons, anything I should look for when checking it out?
