Anyone got any good books or links for learning flash?

Started to use my 430ex with my 40D and would love to learn more about flash photography.

I've started reading the strobist blog and have watched some youtube videos but wondered if anyone had any good links/resources or books which they'd recommend for flash photography.

To start with I'll just be using the 430ex with my 40D on the hot shoe and also have the canon cord for off camera.
