If so, could you confirm the serial number is the same as the box?

Just got 2 x 600EX-RT from Digital Rev and the units are sourced from Canon Korea. This isn't isn't a problem apart from the instruction manual is totally in Korean lol.

What is odd is that there is a white sticker (Canon sticker) on the box and another sticker on the side of flash itself. The warranty paper has that serial number down as the serial not the number that is on the black sticker on the head of the flash.

However, unlike Simon's debacle, the black sticker looks legit, the font is consistent and the label does not look like the fake one on his 5Diii.

Use the number under the head...mine have the stickers on the box and flash but they do match....the serial no under the head is totally different....both mine registered just fine using that number

I'm wondering what number to use for insurance purposes, if its stolen, the number on the box won't match the number on the head.

see...I normally take that number on the black sticker on the flash head as the serial.

However, that piece of paper which is the warranty card, under serial no....matches the side sticker.
