I apologise for this being in the photo feedback section but I ask the mods don't move it as I need to get in touch with people going to Knockhill at the weekend...
My friend text me earlier to say someone had posted a pic of a t-shirt they were going to print and sell (it's a small company that makes gear for BSB - British Superbikes)... the image on the t-shirt? Yep one of mine!
I kind of know the guy who runs the company and my friend set up the company with him before bailing due to the way he was running it.
Anyway he put 'coming soon' as a caption for the t-shirt to which I replied 'not unless you want to get solicitors involved'.
I got an e-mail off him after that basically lambasting me for putting that on his twitter and basically giving me a mouth full. I sent one back in a very calm and well mannered tone stating I do not give him permission to use the image.
He has replied saying "Ill be selling them at knockhill next weekend hipefully this will give you enough time to sort your solicitor out and attend and maybe buy one?????"
Basically I need anyone going to Knockhill to check if he's selling them or not... well if they're passing the stall anyway.
I don't want to give out too much info on here as not sure it's appropriate, but if people want to PM me I'll happily give them the full info.
I hope there's some of you on here willing to help out as when it comes to copyright violation it's something we're all faced with and would hate for someone to get away with it.
