Anyone dealt with Fotosense of Bolton?

I recently bought a new Lowepro bag from Fotosense of Bolton through eBay.

The bag was not as indicated in the auction and I asked for a return. That was seven days ago and the last I heard from Fotosense. I filled a returns case with eBay and let Paypal know what was happening but still no replies from Fotosense.

I knew they had a couple of negative feedback ratings on eBay but since I have looked on the net, I've found other instances where they have done the same. Sent out stuff and ignored all emails and not sending out refunds.

Prices look good but service is non existent. Think twice before using them.

Have used them before with no problems but there is recent thread on here somewhere about them.
 
I've bought from them in store (in Bolton) before now and never had any problem!

Thanks for the help, probably should have looked on here first before buying from them, always useful information.

I even tried ringing the shop but I get the same answer everytime, the Return's Manager is dealing with it. Not the best of recommendations if they need a Return's Manager.
 
I stayed away from them having read some poor reviews. If they fail to answer, you'll get your money back. I always go straight through Paypal rather than eBay as I find there's a better chance of getting a result that way.
